Welcome to JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢. By installing, utilizing, or downloading our Chrome Extension (the "Service") or navigating our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please uninstall the extension immediately.
1. License & Scope of Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢ Chrome Extension. The extension is designed strictly to facilitate saving and organizing job descriptions for personal career management. Commercial scraping of jobs data for bulk redistribution is prohibited.
2. Affiliation Disclaimer
JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢ is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Indeed Corporation, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. Indeed is a registered trademark of Indeed Corporation.
JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢ reads and parses public DOM components inside active tabs on Indeed's job portals to create formatting templates. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Indeed's terms of service regarding DOM helpers.
3. Pro Licenses, Subscriptions & Payments
We offer two Pro tier licensing models:
- Pro Monthly Subscription: ₹199 / month (India - INR) or $1.99 / month (International - USD), processed securely via Razorpay recurring subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.
- Pro Lifetime License: A one-time purchase of ₹500 (India - INR) or $5.99 (International - USD), processed securely via Razorpay or PayPal. Grants perpetual, non-expiring lifetime access to Pro features with zero recurring fees.
All payments are securely processed by authorized third-party gateways (Razorpay, PayPal). JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢ does not store or process your card or banking details.
4. Modification of Service
Indeed's markup frequently updates, which may cause extraction selectors to fail. We proactively deploy updates to fix selector breaks. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service or absolute extraction reliability on custom page types. We reserve the right to alter features at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JD Exporter for Indeedâ„¢, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the extension, including data loss or account restrictions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
